CAN I CHOOSE SPECIFIC ASSETS YOU TO DESIGN?
Yes, of course. We do offer 3 different levels of packages to choose from, however please feel free to ask for specific assets that you feel you may need at this time and we will create a custom package to suit your businesses needs.
CAN I revise my designs if I am not happy with them?
We offer unlimited revisions to ensure your brand is exactly how we envisioned during our discovery call. Your feedback is incorporated until the agreed-upon outcome is achieved — all included at no extra cost.
What does the design process look like?
After our discovery call, you’ll receive a project start date. We begin with market and visual research, gathering references for typography, logos, imagery, and colour. This research informs a mood board that sets the direction for your brand. From there, we design the primary logo and build supporting brand assets around it, staying in close communication with you throughout the process.
How long does a brand design project take?
Timelines depend on project scope. Initial logo designs are typically completed within 3–5 working days, while full brand identity projects usually take 14+ working days. Larger or more complex projects may take longer and will be discussed upfront.
What file formats will my designs be delivered in?
You’ll receive both vector and raster formats, allowing your brand to be used across all platforms. Files may include SVG, PDF, PNG, JPEG, and MP4, where applicable.
What design tools and software do you use?
We primarily use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects. For mockups and supporting assets, we also work with tools such as Runway, Midjourney, and Adobe Firefly.
