All services are custom and tailored to each client.

3. Payment Terms
Our standard payment structure is:
- 50% deposit required to begin work
- 50% final payment due upon completion
Work will not begin until the deposit is received.
We reserve the right to pause or withhold delivery of work until full payment is made.

4. Pricing and Orders
All pricing and project scopes are agreed upon prior to commencement of work.
We reserve the right to:
- decline a project
- adjust pricing before agreement
- cancel a project before work begins
If a project is cancelled by us after payment has been received, a refund may be issued where applicable.

5. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of design services:
- The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced
- Completed work is non-refundable
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or subjective preference after work begins.

6. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
- providing accurate information
- supplying content required for the project
- reviewing and approving work in a timely manner
Delays caused by lack of communication may affect timelines.

7. Liability
SkyPotion Brand Design Studio will not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential loss
- business loss or loss of revenue
- delays caused by third parties or client delays
All services are provided in good faith and with professional care.

8. Indemnity
